Course Summary

Effective communication is at the heart of every successful school. Whether managing a classroom, working in multicultural teams, engaging with students’ families, or collaborating in Erasmus+ projects, educators need communication skills that promote trust, understanding and positive relationships.

This course is designed to help teachers and school staff develop their interpersonal skills to improve communication with students, colleagues, parents and international partners.

Participants will explore strategies for active listening, assertiveness, emotional management in communication, conflict prevention, constructive feedback, and collaborative problem-solving — always within the context of education.

This is a practical course focused on real-life situations in schools and educational projects, with activities that foster reflection, practice, and peer learning.

Pricing

Costs can be supported with a Key Action grant under the Erasmus+ Program. Our pricing policy follows the official regulations on transparent costs. 

Course fee: 400 euros per participant (5-day course).

Course Goals

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Use active listening and non-verbal communication skills effectively;
  • Manage difficult conversations and prevent conflicts;
  • Apply assertiveness techniques in their professional context;
  • Provide and receive feedback constructively;
  • Build trust-based relationships in multicultural and international settings;
  • Design a personal communication improvement plan for their school context;
  • Promote intercultural awareness;
  • Transfer and share core values, experiences and effective teaching practices with other teachers and colleagues;
  • Improve technical and English language, communication and social skills.
