Who Can Participate in Learning Together Erasmus+ Courses?
Anyone can participate in Learning Together training courses.
Our courses are primarily designed for teachers, trainers, school leaders and educational staff, but they are open to all professionals interested in continuing professional development.
Most participants attend through Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) mobility projects, but our courses are also available for self-funded individual participants, schools and institutions.

What Is the Erasmus+ Organization ID (OID)?
The Organization ID (OID) is a mandatory identifier for all organisations participating in the Erasmus+ Programme. It is required when applying for:
Erasmus+ KA1 mobility projects
Erasmus+ KA2 cooperation partnerships
Learning Together
Portugal OID: E10201112
Spain OID: EE10417947
This ID allows National Agencies to officially recognise Learning Together as a host training organisation.

What Is the Erasmus+ Programme?
The Erasmus+ Programme is a European Union initiative that supports education, training, adult learning and mobility across Europe.
The program is divided into 4 actions:
Key Action 1 (KA1) – Learning Mobility of Individuals
Key Action 2 (KA2) – Cooperation Among Organisations
Key Action 3 (KA3) – Policy Support
Jean Monnet Actions – EU studies and research
For educators, Erasmus+ enables:
Participation in training courses abroad
Development of teaching, digital and soft skills
International cooperation and networking
Recognition of professional learning at EU level
We provide courses related to Key Action 1: mobility of individuals abroad such as teachers, and other school staff; as well as Job Shadowing and VET internships.
We are also involved in Key Action 2 projects: we partner with other schools and organisations in the areas of VET, Youth Education and Adult Education.

What's Key Action 1? And Key Action 2?
Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) focuses on the mobility of individuals for learning purposes.
KA1 allows:
Teachers and school staff to attend training courses abroad
Participation in Job Shadowing programmes
VET internships for vocational education
KA1 is the largest and most funded action in Erasmus+ 2021–2027. Learning Together is a recognised KA1 host organisation.
Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (KA2) supports cooperation partnerships between organisations across Europe.
KA2 projects focus on:
Innovation in education
Exchange of best practices
Development of educational tools and methodologies

Does the Erasmus+ KA1 Grant Cover Course Fees?
Yes. Erasmus+ KA1 grants can fully cover Learning Together course fees, according to National Agency rules.
Eligible costs include course participation fees, training and learning activities included in the programme.

What Do Course Statuses Mean on Your Website?
Each course date displays one of the following statuses:
Confirmed – The course will take place as scheduled
Planned – The course is open for enrolment and pending confirmation

Do You Provide Accommodation and Meals?
Learning Together does not provide accommodation or meal services, and this is a deliberate choice.
Based on extensive experience, most participants prefer:
Freedom to choose accommodation according to budget and comfort
Flexibility to stay alone or share with colleagues
Compliance with sending institution guidelines
That said:
Coffee breaks are included during training sessions
We provide curated accommodation suggestions
We offer guidance on transport, sightseeing, restaurants and local logistics

I Have an Approved Erasmus+ Grant. What’s the Next Step?
Congratulations on your approval 🎉
Here’s what you should do next:
Contact us to confirm your intended course and dates
We will confirm whether the course is already confirmed or planned and provide more details about the course
Once confirmed, you’ll fill out our final registration and enroll – after that you may proceed with booking flights and accommodation
In the final 1-2 months before the course, we provide:
Practical information packs
Organizational support
Ongoing communication to answer all your questions

Can I Attend Without an Erasmus+ Grant?
Yes. You may attend as a self-funded participant, paying the course fee directly.
You will receive the same training, materials and certificates!

Do You Provide Erasmus+ Certificates and Documents?
Yes. We provide all official Erasmus+ documentation, including:
Certificate of Attendance
Course programme
Invoice
Learning Agreement
