Terms & Conditions

By booking any course with Learning Together, you declare that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions. No exceptions to the terms and conditions will be applied nor given.

Learning Together is not responsible for: illness, damage caused, lost/stolen items, or injuries during or after the courses.

A participant that makes a course registration is obliged to fill out an online form in which is indicated which course the participant will be participating in, along with the date of the course. It is the participant’s responsibility to fill in the online form with the correct information.

If, for some reason, a participant does not participate in the course, the Refund Policy of Learning Together will be enforced and no exceptions will be given (see below).

Learning Together will not give any refund due to illness, strikes, acts of terrorism, poor weather conditions, war, epidemic outbreak, or any sudden, uncontrolled events.

Learning Together is not responsible for nor will give a refund if a member does not show up on the course, whether it be due to sudden illness, error in entering date in the online form, poor weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, or any other uncontrolled events.



a) Training course registrations will not be confirmed until final ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION is complete and billing information is received by Learning Together.

b) In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to the learningtogether.eu@sinerconsult.pt.

c) Please submit all cancellation requests within 60 calendar days of registration and no later than 40 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees – the final refund amount will be equal to the paid course package amount minus the amount of 150 EUR (administrative costs).

d) No shows and cancellations not made within this specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.

e) Learning Together is not liable for any expenses caused by a case of force majeure. If flights are cancelled for any reason, Learning Together is not responsible for the financial or other consequences concerning travel, accommodation or food. In this case, the participant can change course or come in a different date (notifying the situation to learningtogether.eu@sinerconsult.pt).

f) Additionally, if you withdraw during the training, your training history will reflect as “Incomplete” and you will be charged the full course amount.

g) Course withdrawals or skipped training days without reasonable justification (health issues or any personal issues) will cause the cancelation of the training certificate and in such cases, certificates will not be handed out due to the violation of registration policy.



a) Learning Together reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrolment at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

b) Learning Together is not liable for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled and customer received notification by email within the period specified above.


Changes in Course Dates Policy

If, for some reason, the dates of the courses need to be changed, all participants will be notified, by Learning Together, with 1 or 2 months in advance.


Changes in Itinerary

Both Itinerary and Course Programme can be subjected to slight changes at any moment. Changes may include, but are not limited to, change of the teacher, delays in transportation, changes in the order of visits and tours.



Learning Together will refund the paid course fees only when the cancellation is based on the decisions of authorities (EU, governments, National Agency). In case the customer cancels their participation after paying the fee, Learning Together charges the transaction costs of the reimbursement.


If the participant wants to cancel, even though there are no policies implemented by the authorities mentioned above, then the clause 1.c) applies, and in the case of not being respected, the participant will be charged the full amount of registration.

Personal travel not included in our courses’ programme, it’s not a responsibility of Learning Together.

Regarding accommodation, Learning Together is not responsible for providing accommodation. However, if asked for, Learning Together can offer suggestions. Participants are also invited to visit our Discover Porto page, where you can find everything you need about Porto, including accommodation.

Special requests are not guaranteed, however, Learning Together will do its best to accommodate any special request.

All taxes are included in the base price of all trips and events.

Your privacy is important to us. We have therefore developed a Privacy Policy which regulates the way we collect, use, transfer and store your personal data.

You are not required to provide the personal data requested by us; if you decide not to provide it, however, in many cases we will not be able to offer you our courses or services or answer your questions.

We declare and assure our participants that any personal data collected will not be used for comercial purposes, and will be processed anonymously.
