Coaching: A Powerful Tool

We are currently navigating an era where technological advancements continue to reshape our world. Reducing early school leaving remains a paramount objective within the Europe 2020 Strategic Framework for Education and Training, as well as in Erasmus+ initiatives. This course is designed to introduce participants to GROW coaching techniques and emotional freedom techniques, crucial tools for addressing early school leaving. Additionally, the course will delve into the analysis of aggressive behaviour and bullying, both within the classroom environment and beyond.

Participants will not only learn strategies for managing and alleviating stress levels but also gain insights into enhancing their overall well-being. By applying effective communication techniques, participants will be empowered to foster healthier interactions with students and colleagues, thereby contributing to the reduction of early school leaving rates. In this rapidly changing educational landscape, well-trained educators are pivotal in meeting and exceeding students’ evolving learning expectations.
