Course Summary

In the classroom, in team meetings, or across borders in Erasmus+ projects — the way we communicate defines our relationships, outcomes, and influence as educators.

Communicating with impact goes beyond “transmitting information”. It’s about crafting messages that resonate, build trust, engage emotions, and drive meaningful action — whether with students, colleagues or international partners.

In this course, participants will develop a toolkit of high-impact communication strategies tailored for educational environments: from structuring clear and memorable messages, to listening deeply, adapting to diverse audiences, and using storytelling to inspire.

Participants will improve their interpersonal skills through real scenarios, practical tools, group dynamics and self-awareness exercises. Special attention will be given to active listening, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, intercultural sensitivity, and non-violent communication.

With a practical and experiential approach, the course focuses on presence, authenticity and strategic expression — empowering teachers to lead with clarity, connect with empathy, and communicate with intention.
