However, it is increasingly evident that artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and advanced language models such as ChatGPT and Bard will play a significant role in shaping that future.
This course stems from the imperative to equip educators with a profound understanding of artificial intelligence and its growing relevance in the realm of education. AI has the transformative potential to revolutionize how we impart knowledge and facilitate learning, enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and personalization of instruction. ChatGPT, as an AI-powered educational assistant, holds the promise of becoming an invaluable classroom resource. Nevertheless, educators must wield ChatGPT and similar tools judiciously, remaining mindful of their ethical and societal implications.
The primary objective of this course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of ChatGPT’s role in education, focusing on its practical application in teaching and learning. Participants will explore the prospects and challenges of integrating AI tools in the classroom through a blend of informative sessions, hands-on exercises, and collaborative presentations.
Furthermore, this course aligns with contemporary approaches to professional development, emphasizing dialogue, reflection, and collaborative learning. Course Goals

- Emphasize the importance of empathy in harnessing AI technologies effectively;
