Course Summary
This course is the definitive guide on how to use AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,…) moving beyond basic use into professional-grade interaction. We focus on specific Prompting Frameworks that turn AI into a high-performance teaching assistant, allowing educators to lead the Digital Innovation of their schools while significantly reducing administrative burnout.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Apply Advanced Prompting Frameworks and master structures like CREATE, ROLE-TASK, or Chain-of-Thought for high-fidelity educational outputs;
- Align with DigCompEdu: Directly map AI skills to the EU Digital Competence Framework for Educators levels;
- Navigate AI Ethics in Schools by implementing safe AI practices in compliance with the EU AI Act and GDPR data privacy standards;
- Go further than simple use of ChatGPT and build custom tutors and automated grading assistants;
- Promote intercultural awareness;
- Transfer and share core values, experiences and effective teaching practices with other teachers and colleagues;
- Improve technical and English language, communication and social skills;
Daily Program
DAY 1
The Logic of AI & The Erasmus+ Digital Priority
• Understanding how AI "thinks" within the context of European educational goals.
• Mechanics of LLMs; Setting up a professional ChatGPT for Teachers workspace; The psychology of human-AI collaboration.
• Exercise: "The Prompt Lab"- live testing of simple vs. complex instructions.
• Outputs: Personal AI Roadmap aligned with institutional Digital Innovation goals.
DAY 2
The Blueprint: Prompting Frameworks
• Practical training in the fundamental frameworks used for professional AI commands.
• The Anatomy of a Prompt (Role, Context, Constraints, Output); Writing "Mega-Prompts" for full unit planning; Automating the administrative "Teacher Load."
• Practical: Building the "Universal Lesson Plan Factory"- a master prompt repository.
• Outputs: A personal Prompting Frameworks Library (10+ ready-to-use templates).
DAY 3
Advanced Pedagogical Workflows & Inclusion
• Using AI for complex problem solving and personalized learning.
• Chain-of-Thought prompting for STEM and Humanities; Creating "Socratic Tutor" agents; Using AI to bridge inclusion gaps for SEN students.
• Practical: Programming a personalized tutor bot for a specific classroom profile.
• Outputs: A functioning "Student Tutor Bot" prompt and adaptive feedback engine.
DAY 4
AI Ethics in Schools & The EU AI Act
• Ensuring a responsible, safe, and legal digital transition.
• AI Ethics in Schools (bias, transparency, and data privacy); Understanding the EU AI Act for educational institutions; Academic integrity in the age of Generative AI.
• Plan: Developing an "Ethical AI Use Policy" for your home school.
• Outputs: Ethical use checklist and a DigCompEdu self-assessment report.
DAY 5
Institutional Impact & Erasmus+ Dissemination
• Transferring skills to the school staff room and fulfilling grant requirements.
• Building a school-wide Prompt Bank; Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility dissemination strategies; Impact measurement (KPIs).
• Final Work: Finalizing the Institutional Action Plan; Peer review of the "Master Prompt" portfolios.
• Outputs : Individual Action Plan; School Prompt Repository; Final Presentation.
• Course roundup & review; Learning outcomes’ validation.
• Certification Ceremony.
