Course Summary
In a globalised and multicultural Europe, strong English communication skills are essential for professional success, international networking, and effective classroom teaching.
Advanced English Training (B2 to C1) is designed for educators, trainers, and professionals who already have a solid intermediate level of English (B2) and want to move towards advanced fluency (C1).
The course focuses on enhancing fluency, accuracy, and confidence in speaking, writing, and professional communication, including project communication, academic discussions, public speaking and cross-cultural exchanges.
Through immersive, practice-oriented sessions, participants will polish their language, expand academic and professional vocabulary, improve pronunciation and intonation and develop the skills to communicate naturally, persuasively, and diplomatically in an international environment.
Course Goals
Participants will:
- Improve fluency and spontaneity in conversation and formal communication;
- Expand vocabulary for education, project management, academic collaboration and daily work contexts;
- Refine grammatical accuracy in complex structures;
- Strengthen pronunciation, stress, and intonation for clearer and more natural speech;
- Develop skills in public speaking, negotiations, and presentations;
- Produce written texts (emails, reports, project proposals) at an advanced level;
- Gain cultural and linguistic confidence to interact effectively across borders;
- Promote intercultural awareness;
- Transfer and share core values, experiences and effective teaching practices with other teachers and colleagues;
- Improve technical and English language, communication and social skills.

• Precision and Style: Grammar for Advanced Communication
• Mastering complex structures: conditionals, passive voice, reported speech
• Style and tone in formal and informal communication
• Polishing connectors, modal verbs and discourse markers

• Speaking in Action: Debates, Presentations and Public Speaking
• Techniques for clear and persuasive oral communication
• Pronunciation clinic: stress, intonation, linking
• Preparing and delivering short talks and presentations

• Writing for International and Multilingual Collaboration
• Formal emails, project communications, meeting minutes
• Reports, proposals, abstracts
• Precision and coherence in academic and professional writing
• Simulation: Erasmus+ scenarios - meetings, workshops, intercultural discussions
• Handling misunderstandings and diplomatically navigating conversations
