Course Summary
This advanced studio course moves beyond experimenting with separate text, image, audio and video tools. Participants will learn to design a coherent learning experience, create production briefs and build an integrated multimodal asset system. Participants will also build automated AI agent workflows to design video, audio, synthetic presenters, and interactive assets. These production agents coordinate specialised tasks such as scripting, visual consistency, localisation, accessibility and quality assurance, ensuring educators retain ethical and editorial oversight.
Course Objectives
- Translate learning outcomes into a multimodal production strategy.
- Design scripts, storyboards and coherent visual systems.
- Create efficient cross-modal workflows using specialised agents.
- Produce accessible and multilingual alternatives.
- Manage copyright, consent, provenance and synthetic-media disclosure.
- Evaluate factual, pedagogical, editorial and technical quality.
Course Goals
Participants will be able to:
- Produce a learning experience and production brief;
- Create a coherent text and visual asset system;
- Develop accessible video, audio and interactive components;
- Configure a coordinated multimodal agent workflow;
- Document sources, consent, edits and disclosure;
- Run cross-modal quality assurance and usability testing;
- Publish a classroom-ready, acessible microlearning module.
- Promote intercultural awareness;
- Transfer and share core values, experiences and effective teaching practices with other teachers and colleagues;
- Improve technical and English language, communication and social skills.
Daily Program
DAY 1
Cross-Cultural Exchange, European Educational Context & Course Orientation
- Pre-Session work: Self Preparation to share your school’s context, cultural background and completion of the Cultural Quiz.
- Welcome Session: Networking between participants and Erasmus+ team
- Icebreaking activities and sharing of European core values.
- Open space for participants to share ideas and discuss current challenges in the Education sector; collaborative opportunity to exchange future goals.
- Week briefing and planning.
DAY 2
Learning Experience and Agentic Production Brief
- Clarify learner and outcome;
- Choose purposeful media;
- Plan narrative and sequence;
- Design the agent team;
- Build the production plan.
DAY 3
Advanced Text and Visual Systems
- Create an editorial system;
- Develop visual direction;
- Generate controlled assets;
- Check accuracy and representation;
- Manage assets.
DAY 4
Video, Animation and Synthetic Presenters
- Plan the video;
- Select production methods;
- Coordinate agent production;
- Apply ethical controls;
- Test learning value.
DAY 5
Audio, Interaction and Multilingual Adaptation
- Design the audio experience;
- Create interactive moments;
- Localise with context;
- Build access alternatives;
- Universal Design for Learning (UDL) (using AI speech/text alternatives for diverse and special-needs learners);
- Assemble the final module;
- Run cross-modal checks.
DAY 6
Integration, Quality Assurance and Publication
- Conduct usability testing on final module;
- Use the QA agent;
- Publish and maintain;
- Course Roundup & Review.
- Erasmus+ documents validation & Certification.
Note
The daily schedule/ program describes likely activities but may differ based on the trainer's discretion and objectives.
Classes are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon, based on the provider's preference.
If there's a particular topic you wish to cover, please mention it no later than 1 month in advance.
