Course Summary
This course turns the AI assistant from a chat window into a controlled operational co-pilot. Participants will audit a recurring workflow, identify what remains human, build assistants grounded in approved knowledge, connect multi-step processes through no-code automation and design exception handling.
Agentic AI is the core of the course: participants learn how agents plan tasks, use tools and pass structured outputs while remaining auditable and under human control.
By the end of the course, participants will have a practical, auditable AI co-pilot workflow ready for responsible use in their educational context. They will leave with the confidence, tools and governance practices needed to move from experimentation to controlled implementation.
Course Goals
Learning Outcomes
- Produce current-state and future-state workflow maps;
- Build a grounded custom assistant;
- Connect at least three workflow steps through no-code automation;
- Define approvals, exception paths and access controls;
- Stress-test and recover from agent failures;
- Create a standard operating procedure and monitoring dashboard;
- Prepare a controlled 30-day deployment pilot;
- Promote intercultural awareness;
- Transfer and share core values, experiences and effective teaching practices with other teachers and colleagues;
- Improve technical and English language, communication and social skills.
Daily Program
DAY 1
Cross-Cultural Exchange, European Educational Context & Course Orientation
- Pre-Session work: Self Preparation to share your school’s context, cultural background and completion of the Cultural Quiz.
- Welcome Session: Networking between participants and Erasmus+ team
- Icebreaking activities and sharing of European core values.
- Open space for participants to share ideas and discuss current challenges in the Education sector; collaborative opportunity to exchange future goals.
- Week briefing and planning.
DAY 2
Workflow audit and co-pilot architecture
- Inventory repetitive tasks and friction points.
- Map current-state triggers and sensitive inputs.
- Define co-pilot roles and approval gates.
- Create current and future-state workflow maps.
DAY 3
Custom agents and approved knowledge
- Select and structure non-sensitive documents.
- Write operational instructions and tone schemas.
- Test boundary refusals and outdated sources.
- Output: Grounded assistant prototype and test scores.
DAY 4
No-code automation and agent hand-offs
- Connect triggers across forms and calendars.
- Automate multi-agent data transformation routing.
- Insert mandatory human approval checkpoints.
- Create a working multi-step agentic workflow.
DAY 5
Safety, exceptions, quality monitoring, SOP
- Map hallucination and data breach risks.
- Create human resolution queues for exceptions.
- Run stress-test failure and rollback drills.
- Learn to have a control matrix and safe automation.
- Document standard operating procedures clearly.
- Define time-saved and quality KPIs.
DAY 6
Deployment, Review and Certification
- Assign governance owners and review schedules.
- Final Activity: Working co-pilot and 30-day pilot plan.
- Share best practices, peer review.
- Course Roundup, Evaluation & Review.
- Erasmus+ documents validation & Certification.
