Course Summary
The Mediterranean lifestyle is internationally recognised as one of the healthiest and most sustainable ways of living. This course explores how the principles of the Mediterranean lifestyle can support wellbeing, healthy habits and sustainable living within educational environments. Participants will examine the scientific foundations of healthy lifestyles, the impact of wellbeing on teaching and learning, and the role schools can play in promoting balanced routines, responsible consumption and healthy communities.
