Course Summary
Connection is at the heart of successful education. In this Erasmus+ training, educators will discover how to build trust and understanding with students, colleagues, and families through intentional, relational communication practices.
Participants will explore the foundations of relational trust, psychological safety in classrooms, and communication habits that strengthen school community bonds. They will also practice strategies for navigating tension, maintaining open dialogue, and building lasting trust even in challenging interactions.
This course focuses on relational dynamics — understanding that every word, gesture, and listening moment can build or weaken trust.
Pricing
Costs can be supported with a Key Action grant under the Erasmus+ Program. Our pricing policy follows the official regulations on transparent costs.
Course fee: 480 euros per participant (6-day course).
