Course Summary

If armed with emotional skills, teachers are better equipped to create positive classroom relationships, cultivate an engaging learning environment, and support the holistic development of their students. This course is designed to empower educators with essential emotional intelligence skills and strategies to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment. 

This course will enhance teachers’ abilities to understand and manage their emotions, cultivate empathy, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with students. By developing these competencies, teachers will be better equipped to promote student well-being, engagement, and academic success.

Through a combination of theoretical insights, practical exercises, and interactive discussions, participants will develop a deep understanding of their own emotional landscape and gain strategies to navigate the emotional landscape of their students effectively.

Objectives: The course aims to equip teachers with the tools to understand and manage their own emotions. By cultivating self-awareness, teachers can identify their strengths and areas for growth, regulate their emotions, and model emotional intelligence for their students. Moreover, teachers will learn how to foster empathy and understanding towards their students, recognizing and appreciating the diversity of their emotional experiences.

Pricing

Costs can be supported with a Key Action grant under the Erasmus+ Program. Our pricing policy follows the official regulations on transparent costs.
