Schools are complex social organizations where team management directly shapes institutional culture, teacher retention, and student outcomes. Managing educational personnel requires navigating diverse skill sets, individual working styles, personal life choices, and deep human emotions. Effective leadership extends beyond administrative oversight; it demands building trust, removing organizational roadblocks, and cultivating personal effectiveness across the entire school staff.
This course provides educational leaders with essential strategies to manage individuals and high-performing teams. Participants explore neuroscience-backed communication strategies under pressure, emotional intelligence, delegation models, coaching frameworks, conflict negotiation, and healthy boundary setting. Leaders learn to reset expectations constructively, manage workplace resistance, and build team resilience to recover quickly from organizational challenges.

- Apply emotional intelligence, active paraphrasing techniques, and de-escalation strategies during high-stakes staff discussions.

- Establish healthy interpersonal boundaries, negotiation protocols, and conflict resolution strategies to navigate staff resistance.
- Formulate a tailored Team Communication and Resilience Action Plan to strengthen institutional culture and align operations with school vision.
- Collaborate with European peers to exchange organizational practices, build professional networks, and enhance technical English fluency.

DAY 3
Team Dynamics, Leadership Preferences & Coaching
- Analyzing team phenomena, interpersonal preferences, leadership roles
- Skills for team coordination and mobilizing staff for high performance
- Coaching tools and intervention strategies.
DAY 4
Team Excellence, Resource Allocation & Overcoming Obstacles
- Exploring implications and specificities of teamwork in educational institutions
- Allocating personal and material resources based on individual team strengths
- Overcoming communication impasses.
DAY 5
Collaborative Showcase, Action Plan Review & Certification
- Collaborative group work and presentation of participant Team Action Plans
- Reflecting on institutional change and European dissemination frameworks
- Course Roundup, Evaluation & Review
