Course Summary
This course is designed to strengthen the digital, organizational and pedagogical competences of educational staff working in schools, training centres, educational institutions and mobility organisations, while promoting a lifelong learning mindset aligned with European educational priorities. The course supports the effective integration of digital tools, innovative methodologies and continuous professional development practices into educational and administrative contexts.
Participants will develop practical competences related to the use of digital educational resources, collaborative platforms, communication tools and digital workflows, contributing to institutional modernization, international cooperation and sustainable professional growth. The course also aims to reinforce participants’ ability to adapt to evolving educational environments through lifelong learning, self-reflection and continuous skills development.
Special attention is given to the role of educational staff in supporting Erasmus+ mobility projects, institutional coordination, digital documentation processes and participant engagement in multicultural contexts. Participants will explore practical approaches to planning, monitoring and evaluating activities using digital solutions aligned with the European Digital Education Action Plan and lifelong learning strategies.
The course further promotes transversal competences such as teamwork, intercultural communication, adaptability, critical thinking and collaborative problem solving, encouraging educational staff to become active agents of innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement within their institutions.
Course Goals
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of digital competences and lifelong learning in educational and organisational development;
- Use digital tools and collaborative platforms to improve communication, organisation and workflow management;
- Apply innovative digital practices to support educational activities, Erasmus+ projects and participant engagement;
- Create, organise and manage digital documentation and educational resources efficiently and securely;
- Promote effective communication and cooperation in multicultural and international educational environments;
- Develop strategies for continuous professional development and lifelong learning within their institutions;
- Implement digital approaches for monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance processes;
- Strengthen organisational efficiency through structured digital methodologies and collaborative practices;
- Reflect critically on digital transformation, innovation and lifelong learning opportunities in education;
- Enhance transversal competences including autonomy, teamwork, adaptability and intercultural awareness.

DAY 1
Welcome, Networking and European Educational Context
• Welcome session and institutional presentation;

• Introduction to Erasmus+ priorities and European educational policies;
• The role of educational staff in digital transformation and lifelong learning;
• Overview of the course objectives, methodologies and collaborative activities.
DAY 2
Digital Competences and Organisational Innovation
• Digital competences framework for educational staff;
• Information literacy, digital communication and collaborative workflows;
• Use of digital platforms for administration, coordination and participant support;
• Digital tools for organisation, scheduling and documentation management;
• Innovation and efficiency in educational and mobility operations.
DAY 3
Digital Educational Resources and Lifelong Learning
• Creation and management of Digital Educational Resources (DER);
• Collaborative platforms and cloud-based working environments;
• Lifelong learning strategies and continuous professional development;
• Autonomous learning, reflective practice and self-assessment;
• Digital inclusion and accessibility in educational environments.
DAY 4
Communication, Mobility and International Cooperation
• Communication in multicultural and international contexts;
• Erasmus+ mobility workflows and documentation processes;
• Learning Agreements, Europass and participant support procedures;
• Conflict prevention, problem solving and participant engagement;
• Teamwork and collaborative decision-making practices.
DAY 5
Innovation in Educational Support and Quality Assurance
• Innovative methodologies for educational administration and support services;
• Monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance in mobility projects;
• Digital assessment tools and feedback collection methods;
• Organisational improvement through digital workflows and data management;
• Sharing of institutional practices and collaborative reflection activities.
DAY 6
Practical Application, Reflection and Certification
• Presentation of participants’ learning portfolios and action plans;
• Adaptation of acquired practices to participants’ institutional contexts;
• Group discussion and peer-learning activities;
• Validation of learning outcomes and self-reflection session;
• Course evaluation and Certification Ceremony.
