More than that is about believing we can make a difference, stimulate innovation and have an intentional process to get to new, relevant solutions that create positive impact.
It is a creative process that helps design meaningful solutions in the classroom, at school and in the community.
Design Thinking will give you trust in your creative abilities.
It’s a process for transforming difficult challenges into opportunities for design!
This course strives to help participants improve mental flexibility, intuition and the ability to improvise in order to better adapt themselves to the current dynamic environment.
Course Goals
This course goal is to provide teachers with the know-how and the self-esteem to incorporate this stimulating creativeness into their curriculum and school environment, unlocking creativity – both in themselves and in young people.
Learning outcomes:
Describe the design thinking process;
Promote a culture of creativity;
Teach participants creativity processes, demonstrate creative confidence and a positive growth mindset;
Support participants in developing their natural creativity, by acquiring new competencies;
Support participants in practising skills in order to improve their self-confidence and their profile as educators;
Show participants how to create opportunities and carry out projects with confidence, obtaining better benefits from their knowledge and potential;
Apply design thinking methods to real-world problems;
Share best practices and peer experiences;
Improve communication skills in English.
