The information you provide will be used strictly for operational purposes related to your mobility, including but not limited to booking accommodation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with administrative requirements.
All data will be handled in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), securely stored, and only shared with relevant parties directly involved in your mobility programme (e.g. accommodation providers requiring identification documents).
