Schools today are not only places for academic learning — they are spaces where emotional development, social connection, and wellbeing play a critical role in student success and teacher satisfaction.
This course is structured to help educators and school leaders to create a positive school culture where wellbeing is integrated into everyday learning, routines and relationships.
Participants will explore key principles of Positive Education, Emotional Intelligence, and Wellbeing Strategies that support students’ personal growth, motivation, and resilience — while also promoting teacher wellbeing and preventing burnout.
This mobility combines evidence-based practices with hands-on activities, offering teachers concrete strategies to build positive classroom environments, strengthen their communication skills, and develop wellbeing-focused projects for their school community.
